Poem: Please me

Please me

Please me

By The Lonely Kitten

Ask me again what you need of me

I’ll jump and swim and we will see

If I can please your every whim

Or if I fail to show the care within.

But beware for there are others

Who will ask of me the same

I’ll jump and swim and see to their whim

And fail and to show the care within.

Don’t let it come to the end of the road

You’ll never know why I carry this load.

I cannot jump, swim, or see at all,

Why this has brought me to the fall.
